All purchase orders will be packaged and in the mail within 1-7 business days after ordering.

Customers who have received damaged merchandise, have 14 days from the date of receiving the merchandise to mail it back to Dreamy Draw Releasing for an exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling.
